Long Distance Buying

Whether you are right down the highway or 12 hours away- we can deliver your vehicle! Our affordable prices and incredible variety has given us many opportunities to arrange for long distance purchases. Selling vehicles to people near and far has allowed us to finetune our process and tailor it for your convenience and peace of mind. Here is what to expect:

 

  1. In order to pull the vehicle off of our lot and begin the purchase process, we require a $500 deposit. This deposit will be applied to your total purchase price.
  2. If you wish to finance the vehicle, our secure online credit application is a quick and convenient way to initiate the process. If no financing is needed, payment by check or credit card will be required at this time.
  3. We will overnight the necessary paperwork to you, along with prepaid postage to send it back. The documents will need to be signed in the presence of a notary public.
  4. Once we receive the signed and notarized documents and the vehicle has been funded, we will arrange for the transportation of your vehicle.
  5. Upon delivery of your vehicle, you will perform an inspection alongside the transport company staff to verify no damage has occurred in transit.

What Sales Tax will I pay?

Your Sales tax will be based on the address of where your vehicle will be parked or garaged.

 

What about Title and Licensing my vehicle?

We will provide you with all of the necessary documentation to Title and License your vehicle, including a Missouri Motor Vehicle Inspection. You may need to have an inspection performed in the state you reside, if required by law.

What is the cost of transporting the vehicle?

As part of our Long Distance Buying Process, we will make arrangements for the delivery of your vehicle. The cost of this will vary depending on where you reside. We will provide you with a quote once the process is initiated.

Can I pay cash?

Sending cash through the mail is not secure but you can send a check via certified mail or pay with a credit card by phone. Many banks place a limit on the amount you can spend in a single transaction, so please notify your bank prior to purchase. After the vehicle is paid for, we will send overnight documents to your address. These documents will need to be signed in the presence of a notary public. Should I buy a service program or warranty if I live out of state?

Yes! Buying a car is an investment and purchasing a warranty or service program protects your investment and provides you with peace of mind. The programs we offer are honored all over the country.
